Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all Peachy Den tags are intact and the return form is included inside.

  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
